The candidate must be willing to stay at the project site and ensure the smooth execution of interior-related construction activities, coordinating with vendors, labor, and design teams. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute interior and civil work at site as per drawings and specifications Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house teams for timely completion of work Monitor day-to-day site activities, labor management, and material handling Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards Read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings Prepare site reports and update progress to the management Resolve technical issues and ensure work is completed within deadlines Manage on-site documentation including material inward/outward and attendance Candidate Requirements: Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering 1–3 years of experience in civil/interior site execution work (building projects preferred) Must be comfortable staying full-time at site location Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior execution procedures Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project tracking Interview Process: Final Interview Location: Chandigarh Shortlisted candidates will be informed with schedule and venue details Salary: Based on experience and performance Joining: Immediate preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
