Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities : 1)Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of projects. 2) Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. 3) Monitor and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from inception to completion, including pre - construction, procurement, construction, and handover. 4) Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met. 5) Supervise site operations to ensure safety standards, construction quality, and adherence to project plans. 6)Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and handle financial reporting. 7)Anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address them effectively. 8) Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. 9) Oversee and manage all aspects of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. 10)Foster strong communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables. 11) Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, ensuring collaboration and productivity. 12)Address any issues, conflicts, or delays that arise and ensure quick resolution to keep the project on track.
