Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality standards, and manage on-site execution for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, vendors, and project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining safety and compliance standards. Preference: Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities to ensure alignment with approved drawings and specifications. Quality Control: Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain high-quality standards and compliance with industry norms. Procurement Coordination: Ensure timely availability of materials and verify supplier deliveries against requirements. Contractor & Vendor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure smooth project execution. Project Scheduling & Progress Tracking: Monitor site progress, report delays, and ensure timely completion of milestones. Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and adhere to all legal and regulatory guidelines. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily site logs, prepare progress reports, and escalate issues to management when necessary. Technical Support: Assist in resolving on-site technical challenges and implementing engineering solutions. Requirements: Bachelors/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in real estate construction.
