Role & responsibilities Planning & Supervision Site Management Overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring smooth operations. Work Coordination – Collaborating with architects, contractors, and workers to execute plans. Scheduling – Managing timelines and ensuring project milestones are met. Technical Execution Surveying & Layout – Ensuring proper site measurements and layouts before construction begins. Material Inspection – Checking the quality of materials used in the project. Structural Integrity – Supervising reinforcement and concrete works to meet safety standards. Safety & Compliance Regulatory Adherence – Ensuring the project meets local building codes and environmental regulations. Safety Measures – Implementing health and safety protocols to prevent accidents. Risk Assessment – Identifying potential hazards and taking preventive actions. Documentation & Reporting Project Documentation – Keeping records of materials, labor, and site progress. Quality Control – Conducting regular site inspections and audits. Reporting – Communicating updates to senior engineers and management. Preferred candidate profile Language Known: Tamil/ English/ Hindi
