Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to manage our plotted development site at Lonikand, Pune . The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in plot development, infrastructure execution, and on-site supervision. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily site operations for plotted layout development. Supervise construction of roads, drainage, compound walls, and utilities like water supply and electrical lines. Execute site development in accordance with layout drawings, survey maps, and plot demarcations. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality completion. Monitor progress, maintain daily site logs, and report updates to the head office. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, municipal regulations, and quality standards. Assist in material management and ensure efficient resource utilization. Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. 6–7 years of relevant experience in plot or land development projects. Strong knowledge of infrastructure development (roads, stormwater drainage, water & electric utilities). Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage work independently at the site. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in plotted layout projects. Familiarity with PMC and local authority norms.
