Roles and Responsibilities Oversee civil site engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications. Manage construction projects from planning to execution, including labor management and resource allocation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems and optimize project outcomes. Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in civil site engineering or related field (building construction). Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or relevant discipline. Strong understanding of civil construction, civil engineering principles, and building codes. Proficiency in civil project management software tools (e.g., Primavera) is an added advantage.
