Job Title: Project Lead / Captain Location: Ahmedabad Industry: Commercial Real Estate Job Overview We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Lead / Captain to take full ownership of a prestigious commercial real estate project, located on one of Ahmedabad’s most prime roads. This is a high-impact leadership role that demands expertise in commercial real estate, strategic execution, and excellent interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Project Ownership Lead all aspects of the commercial real estate project, including sales, leasing, and pre-leasing across verticals such as retail, co-working, corporate offices, and investment units. Ensure commercial success and overall project performance. 2. Client Engagement & Sales Handle walk-ins and leads from digital, offline, and partner channels. Deliver impactful presentations, conduct walkthroughs, and guide prospective clients or investors through the decision-making process. 3. Deal Negotiation & Closure Act as the key liaison between the developer and the client/investor. Lead negotiations and ensure timely and smooth closure of deals. 4. Channel Partner & IPC Management Build and nurture relationships with IPCs (International Property Consultants) and local channel partners. Collaborate with them to attract reputable brands, tenants, investors, and buyers. 5. Market Analysis & Positioning Stay updated on local commercial real estate trends and competitive landscape. Refine and adapt the project’s market positioning and offerings accordingly. 6. Strategic Collaboration Work in tandem with internal teams (marketing, sales, strategy) and external agencies to design and implement campaigns for lead generation, brand associations, and project promotion. 7. Reporting & MIS Maintain and share regular updates with senior management on project KPIs, sales funnel, closures, and market insights. Provide strategic recommendations to drive performance. Key Requirements Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing, preferably in Ahmedabad. Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing deals in retail, co-working, leasing, or investment sales. Network: Strong connections within IPCs, CPs (Channel Partners), co-working firms, and investment circles.
