Role & responsibilities Overseeing the daily operations of the RDF facility to ensure that all processes and production meets the required quality and quantity standards. Managing the RDF production lines, waste sorting, and fuel preparation processes. Plan for the financial year, achieve annual business plan revenue, EBITDA & PAT, stakeholder management, including customers. Ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental, safety, and regulatory standards. Sourcing of RDF supply Monitor overall planning for administration, operations, services, budgeted targets / KPIs in the area of operation. Ensure safety adherence & take timely actions for closure of identified actions. Assist in developing, promoting, and implementing new waste disposal schemes. Collate statistics and analyze compiled data for operation optimization. Ensure financial target achievements for current business projects and P&L responsibilities. Implement efficient processes and workflows to optimize operational performance. Project planning, monitoring, review, and control. Identify customer segments and prepare business plans Preferred candidate profile 10 Years of Experience as operations head preferably in process and disposal and waste management
