Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Job Type: Full-time Experience : 2-3years About the Role: At Kapture CX, we are dedicated to creating innovative software solutions, and our Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) are essential to this mission. As an Incident Manager / SRE, you will collaborate with software developers, engineers, and operations teams to ensure high system availability and performance. You'll proactively anticipate and solve potential problems, conduct post-incident reviews, and use production monitoring systems to maintain system health. Roles and responsibilities: Collaborating with software developers, engineers, and operations teams Anticipating potential problems before they occur(and coming up with solutions) Conducting post-incident reviews Familiarity with production monitoring systems Ability to collaborate across multi-functional teams Analytical and problem-solving skills Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures Key Skills: Analytical Problem-solving skills Communication Skills
