Job Title: Site Security Manager (On-Site | Ex-Army Preferred) Experience: 10+ Years (Ex-Army personnel preferred) Location: Hyderabad (On-Site) Languages Required: English, Hindi, Telugu Job Summary: We are seeking a highly disciplined and experienced Site Security Manager to oversee and implement security operations at our site. Ex-Army personnel are strongly preferred for their expertise in security, risk management, and crisis response. The ideal candidate will lead a team of security personnel, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and manage risk assessments to maintain a secure and threat-free environment . Key Responsibilities: Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard the site. Lead and manage a team of security personnel , ensuring discipline and operational readiness . Monitor CCTV surveillance, access control, and perimeter security to prevent breaches. Conduct regular security audits, drills, and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities. Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and emergency response teams . Investigate security incidents , prepare reports, and implement corrective measures . Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies . Manage visitor access, vehicle entry , and overall security coordination . Provide security training to staff on emergency response, crisis management, and threat handling . Handle VIP and special event security planning when required. Requirements: Ex-Army personnel with a strong background in security operations and risk management . 10+ years of experience in site security management or a related role . Knowledge of risk assessment, crisis management, and emergency response protocols . Proficiency in handling CCTV, access control systems, and security equipment . Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu . Ability to handle high-pressure situations and emergencies effectively .
