Website: www.chaukorstudio.com Job Overview: As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing site construction and ensuring efficient coordination with vendors and teams. Your duties include monitoring project progress, maintaining schedules, and ensuring smooth project execution. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for effectively managing daily site activities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and perform quality checks on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and address issues in coordination with contractors. Review drawings, provide clarifications, and resolve discrepancies between site conditions and design plans. Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables. Document key discussions, decisions, and actions from site meetings. Provide consistent updates to project managers regarding site status, potential delays, and corrective actions. Qualifications: Education : B.Tech /Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience: 3-5 years of Site coordination experience with expertise in site handling of civil and interior work.
