Site Supervisor (Civil)

Job Description

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to safety and quality standards. This role involves supervising workers, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining site documentation, and serving as the main point of contact for on-site activities. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers and subcontractors on-site. Ensure work is completed in compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Monitor the progress of the project and provide daily updates to the Project Manager. Maintain site records including daily logs, material deliveries, incident reports, and attendance. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and safety protocols. Resolve any on-site issues or delays and escalate concerns when necessary. Ensure materials and equipment are available and delivered on time. Liaise with engineers, architects, and other professionals involved in the project. Enforce company policies and procedures on the job site. Manage and minimize site waste and environmental impact.
