Role & responsibilities Supervise on-site EV charging station installations, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution. Monitor daily site activities to ensure project timelines and milestones are achieved. Maintain comprehensive site documentation, including progress reports, attendance, and material usage. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Provide regular updates to the project manager, highlighting progress and potential risks or delays. Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in EV charging station installation. Diploma (3-year) or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, safety standards, and electrical systems. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage on-site teams effectively. Should be open to travel.
