Role & responsibilities 1. Design Development: Create 2D layouts for upcoming store designs. Develop 3D views for better visualization and pre-project planning. 2. Store Enhancement: Incorporate new design and aesthetic elements in existing stores. Ensure alignment with brand standards for all design and construction projects. 3. Project Execution: Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely project progress. Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and adherence to deadlines. Maintain close oversight of projects to ensure compliance with design and safety standards. 4. Innovation & Updates: Stay updated on new interior design technologies and incorporate them into projects. Research and suggest creative ideas and techniques to enhance store designs. 5. Team Coordination: Work as part of the Pan-India Project Team and coordinate with stakeholders. Ensure effective follow-up with vendors for material procurement and project execution. Preferred candidate profile Skills Required: Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D designs (knowledge of 3D design software is a plus). Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and interior work for retail store designs. Familiarity with standard commercial interior guidelines, including: • Electrical loads • Exterior material specifications • Fire and safety compliance requirements Perks and benefits Flexibility to travel for site visits as required.
