Job Description: As a Site Supervisor at Mitshuoshi Engineers LLP , you will oversee the execution of HVAC projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring that projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgetary constraints. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage on-site project execution. Allocate tasks and monitor project progress and timelines. Oversee project completion, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with HVAC codes and regulations. Candidate Requirements: Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC project supervision . Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project). Sound knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and industry best practices . Attention to detail and a safety-conscious mindset. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
