Role & responsibilities Manpower Deployment: Identify, assign, and manage workers for client projects. Workforce Coordination: Ensure proper attendance, performance, and discipline among workers. Client Management: Serve as the key contact between the company and client site management. Recruitment Support: Source and provide skilled/unskilled manpower as per client requirements. Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations and resolve any worker-related issues. Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all workers follow safety protocols and labor regulations. Reporting: Maintain records of manpower attendance, work hours, and project progress. Conflict Resolution: Address any disputes or concerns between workers and clients Preferred candidate profile Prior experience in staffing, workforce management, or site supervision . Strong leadership and people management skills. Ability to source, allocate, and manage manpower efficiently . Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Willingness to travel to multiple sites and be on the field. Knowledge of labor laws and workplace safety regulations . Excellent communication and client-handling abilities. Perks and benefits
