Role Description A Site Supervisor in the interiors field is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on interior design or renovation projects. Their primary role is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Below are the key responsibilities of an Interior Site Supervisor. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule. Ensure the right materials and labor are available for the project, coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. Supervise and assign tasks to workers (e.g., carpenters, electricians, painters) to ensure efficient work. Perform inspections to ensure work meets the required standards and that materials used are of the correct quality. Work closely with the design teams to ensure the project stays aligned with the initial plans. Quickly identify any issues or delays and work to resolve them, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline. Qualifications Project Management, Site Supervision, and Coordination skills Knowledge of interior design processes and materials Ability to read and interpret architectural / working drawings Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 2-3 years of Experience in interior design or Architectural field Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
