Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities at our retail or construction sites. You ll ensure operations are safe, efficient, and meet company standards while leading your team toward successful execution. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site operations to ensure timely and quality execution. Manage and guide team members to complete tasks effectively. Ensure all safety and quality standards are maintained. Monitor and manage inventory and site materials. Keep the site clean, organized, and safe. Coordinate with management and report on progress or challenges. Handle minor electrical supervision and site store materials (as needed). Provide support to customers if assigned to a retail site. Requirements: Previous experience in site supervision, construction, or retail is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Good understanding of safety protocols. Physically fit to manage on-site responsibilities.
