hrjodhpur@varahainfra.com Job Description Site Supervisor (Highway Construction) Position: Site Supervisor (Civil Highway Construction) Experience: 2-5 Years Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering Job Type: Full-Time Roles & Responsibilities: Supervise daily highway construction activities. Ensure work execution as per project plans and quality standards. Monitor earthwork, subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, and structural works. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers. Maintain site safety and quality standards. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain records. Skills & Competencies: Knowledge of highway construction processes and materials. Familiarity with IRC/MORTH specifications. Ability to read construction drawings. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills. Basic proficiency in MS Office. Preferred Candidate: Experience in NH/SH road projects, expressways, or NHAI projects . Willing to work at site locations. How to Apply?
