SitusAMC is Hiring for Loan Sizing into Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Role & responsibilities : Quickly evaluate loan offering memoranda, develop detailed list of underwriting questions and informational needs in order to evaluate the financing request, the market, collateral property and the prospective borrower. Research and analyze market data Analyze Rent roll and Cash flow statements for different property types Underwrite deals using gathered information based on the guidelines. Working knowledge on preparing formal offering memorandum, term sheets and asset summary reports for the prospective deals Being a team player is a vital aspect for the position and it is expected that the candidate will work well individually as well as in a global team environment Preferred candidate profile An understanding of multiple commercial real estate asset types, e.g. multifamily, retail, office, mixed use, industrial and hospitality. Superior writing and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment. Attention to detail. Must be a self-starter, team player and have strong work ethics. Proficiency in Office Suite Any graduate/post graduate degree The candidate should possess minimum of 3+ years of related experience in commercial real estate loan sizing.
