Key Responsibilities:Identify Cross-Sell Opportunities: Engage with existing customers to identify their life insurance needs and recommend relevant life insurance products.Client Consultation: Provide personalized advice to customers, explaining product features, benefits, and coverage options.Sales Execution: Meet or exceed sales targets for life insurance cross-sells by offering tailored solutions to existing clients.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest life insurance products, industry trends, and regulations to offer informed recommendations.Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery and to leverage cross-sell opportunities.Documentation: Accurately update CRM systems with customer interactions, cross-sell activity, and sales progress.Performance Reporting: Track and report progress towards cross-sell goals, providing insights and feedback to the management team.Requirements:Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients quickly.Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, policies, and regulations.Goal-Oriented: Target-driven with the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.Customer-Focused: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and offering customized solutions.Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred, but not required).Certifications: Relevant insurance sales certifications (if applicable) or willingness to obtain them.Location-Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahemdabad, Chandigarh.
