Role & responsibilities Plan and execute core Public Sector (PS) advisory projects - deliverables on strategy, design, process improvement, monitoring & evaluation, reporting Collaborate with industry and capability teams in India and globally to arrive at comprehensive recommendations, action plans and customised solutioning for Accounts and projects Develop point of view on advisory and solutioning for PS organisations, public administration, health & social care institutions, educational institutions, and international financial institutions & foundations Integrate advisory, digital capabilities to develop holistic transformation roadmap for Public Sector Undertake active pre-sales, bid management and deal shaping. Focused research and analysis to build offers and solutioning for targeted accounts in Middle East Develop thought leadership pieces (white papers, point of views) on trends and use cases in the PS sector Preferred candidate profile Masters degree in public policy, technology, international relations, business administration or related disciplines 12-15 years of advisory and PS industry experience with a core emphasis on Government Reforms and ICT for Municipality, Urban Local Bodies Proven track record of successfully working/delivering consulting projects (including from offshore) for public sector clients. Experience with clients based in MIDDLE EAST is preferred. Proven expertise in managing at least five IT or e-governance projects in the Middle East, particularly in municipal processes. Strong knowledge of public sector policies, regulations, and government operations Ability to work with senior leaders and manage international projects Strong program management discipline Awareness of emerging technologies like GenAI and their application in government and automation projects is desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions Business development/Sales experience, including the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities will be desirable Flexibility to travel as needed for client engagements
