Conducting reviews 70%: Appointment fixing to conduct review. Robust Pre-review preparation. Conducting the reviews, recording and minuting the reviews discussions. Sharing the minutes with the client and the internal stake-holders. Filing of the reviews. Tracking progress of actionable with the client-Implementation Tracker sheets / Audit Book) Filling his review minutes in the file. Attending weekly / monthly meetings & sessions. Pre-meet and Pre-session preparation Be prepared with PPT for department weekly / monthly meets. Use Escalation Matrix to resolve complex grievance. Revenue Generation 30%: Identifying the need while conducting review. Upselling / Cross selling our products as per need. Generating Revenue. This Role requires the person to be Presentable, well dressed and a Pleasing Personality. Keen interest to read books, newspapers and stay updated with current social / political and economic matters. Upgrade self, research about the client s industry Good in MS Office (word, Excel and PowerPoint) Willingness to Travel and work at Clients end. Good interpersonal and strong communications skills Capable of in-depth interaction with Clients, inspire and push implementation at their end and service their complaints while maintaining poise and composure. An enthusiastic / energetic team player with excellent negotiation and independent workload management skills. Able to work in a fast-moving environment with strong focus on client implementation. Industry : Education / Training / ED Tech Industry. Service Industry experience is a must but Multi-Industry experience will be a notable advantage.. Edu Qualifications: MBA-HR / BBA / Bachelor s degree in business studies/ PGDM- HR. General Skills: Sense of Ownership, Sales Driven, Clarity, Communication, People Management, Thought leadership, Change Management, Persistence, Risk Management, Team work, Adaptability, Stress management, Vision, Strategic Outlook, Setting high quality Standards, Time and other discipline Experience : At least 1-2 years experience in servicing customers and relationship selling domains.
