Job Description: We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive to manage our social media presence and ensure high levels of traffic and engagement across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, strategies, and analytics. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Optimize company pages for each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content Create engaging content (text, image, and video) for regular posts and campaigns Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews Analyze social media insights to guide future strategies Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure consistent branding Run and manage paid social media campaigns as needed Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies Key Skills: Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools Creative thinking and excellent communication skills Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 09/05/2025
