Role & responsibilities : - Setup, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair SMT equipment. - Calibrate and optimize equipment for performance and quality. - Diagnose and resolve equipment issues quickly. - Support production processes and provide technical assistance. - Install and commission new equipment. - Maintain accurate technical documentation. - Drive equipment and process improvements. - Train operators and technicians. - Collaborate with vendors for servicing and parts Preferred candidate profile - Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as an SMT Equipment Engineer or similar role in an electronics manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of SMT production equipment (e.g., pick-and-place, solder paste printers, reflow ovens, SPI, AOI, etc.). Perks and benefits
