Security and Compliance : Implement security measures and ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements, including access control and data encryption. Monitoring and Maintenance : Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system health and reliability. Collaboration : Collaborate with other teams, such as data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver effective data solutions. Skills and Qualifications : Snowflake Expertise : In - depth knowledge and hands - on experience working with Snowflake's architecture, features, and functionalities. SQL and Database Skills : Proficiency in SQL querying and database management, with a strong understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts. Data Modeling : Experience in designing and implementing effective data models for optimal performance and scalability. ETL Tools and Processes : Familiarity with ETL tools and processes to extract, transform, and load data into Snowflake. Data Security and Compliance : Understanding of data security best practices, encryption methods, and compliance standards (such as GDPR, HIPAA, etc. ).
