SG European Village & Resort and SG Roman Village are examples of our excellent work.Roles & Responsibilities:This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Interior Draughtsman office located at Noida.Responsibilities:Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, for detailed 2D and 3D draftingSpace planning and layout design for residential, commercial, and hospitality projectsExpertise in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical layout draftingCreation of detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawingsKnowledge of building codes, material specifications, and safety regulationsAbility to interpret and coordinate architectural, structural, and engineering drawingsRendering and visualization for interior design presentationsStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solvingEffective communication and collaboration with architects, designers, and contractors.Skills:Technical Skills: Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles, drafting techniques, and CAD software. Communication and Collaboration: Ability to interpret design concepts, communicate effectively with engineers, architects, and other team members. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the drafting process.
