If you're a natural storyteller, confident on camera, and have a strong sense of visual design, this is the role for you. Youll be part of a dynamic team driving brand presence, engagement, and community building across platforms. Key Responsibilities : Create engaging content tailored for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn Design visually appealing graphics using Canva Appear confidently on camera for short-form video content, tutorials, and stories Assist in basic video editing for Reels, Shorts, and other digital assets Collaborate with the team to plan and execute social media campaigns Stay updated with the latest trends, audio, formats, and algorithm changes Monitor performance metrics and suggest ways to improve engagement and reach Requirements: 1+ year of full-time experience managing social media content Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong proficiency in Canva Comfortable being in front of the camera Basic knowledge of video editing (Reels, Shorts, Stories) Smart, proactive, and quick to adapt to new tools and trends A natural knack for digital storytelling Bonus if you have: Experience with Instagram Reels/YT Shorts creation Familiarity with tools like CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere Pro Understanding of social media analytics
