Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Associate to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, strong writing skills, and an understanding of social media trends and analytics. This role involves content creation, community engagement, and data-driven strategy to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and engagement opportunities. Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with broader business objectives. Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize content accordingly. Assist in creating multimedia content, including images, videos, and infographics. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social media platforms. Support influencer marketing and brand collaboration initiatives. Manage social media ad campaigns as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics platforms. Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Creativity, adaptability, and a strong attention to detail
