Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage our daily social media activities across platforms. You will work closely with the founder and packaging teams to create engaging content, including reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage. Your goal will be to drive awareness, spark interest, and establish the overall vibe of the brand, ensuring alignment with our vision and values. Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Creation & Management: • Develop and publish daily content, including reels, stories, and static posts across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. • Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content with the packaging and operations teams to showcase the brand’s journey and values. • Collaborate with the founder to bring their vision to life through engaging storytelling and visually appealing content. 2. Customer Engagement: • Actively monitor and respond to customer interactions, comments, and DMs in a timely manner. • Curate and share user-generated content to build community trust and engagement. • Create polls, Q&A sessions, and other interactive content to foster engagement. 3. Brand Awareness & Aesthetics: • Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all content, ensuring alignment with the brand’s philosophy and values. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant. • Work with graphic designers and photographers to enhance content quality when needed. 4. Collaboration & Coordination: • Work closely with internal teams (packaging, design, and product development) to capture key moments and product highlights. • Coordinate with influencers, ambassadors, and content creators for collaborations and shout-outs. • Plan and execute social media campaigns around product launches, events, and promotions. 5. Performance Tracking & Reporting: • Monitor social media insights and analytics to assess content performance. • Provide regular reports with insights and suggestions to optimize engagement and reach. • Identify growth opportunities and strategies for expanding the brand’s social presence. Key Requirements: • 1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry. • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social media trends. • Excellent content creation skills, including video editing (basic reels, transitions, and effects). • Proficiency in social media tools like Canva, InShot, or other editing platforms. • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with different teams. • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and community building. • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • A keen eye for aesthetics and branding in the beauty and lifestyle sector. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. • Experience working with beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands. • Basic knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations.
