Job Description: We are seeking a talented and driven individual to lead our digital presence across social platforms and marketing channels. This role demands a unique mix of digital marketing skills, creative content development, and sharp copywriting abilities to effectively engage and grow our audience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage engaging social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Write compelling copy for social posts, ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and website content. Plan and execute digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing). Create high-quality, relevant, and on-brand content (graphics, reels, blogs, captions, and more). Conduct market and audience research to refine messaging and targeting. Monitor campaign performance and analyze data using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc. Stay updated on trends in digital marketing, content, and social media. Collaborate with the design and sales team to align messaging and visual identity. Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content writing. Strong command of written English and ability to write in different tones/styles. Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research. Experience with tools like Canva, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and WordPress. Basic video editing and visual storytelling skills are a plus. A proactive mindset, creative thinking, and excellent time management.
