Job Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our social media platforms, design engaging creatives, run paid advertising campaigns, and execute effective email marketing strategies. You will play a key role in building our brand presence, driving customer engagement, and generating leads across various digital channels. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Develop and implement social media strategies to increase lead generation, brand awareness and engagement. Create, schedule, and post engaging content — graphics, videos, and copy — across platforms. Design and execute paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to drive leads and conversions. Track and analyze campaign performance; adjust strategies based on data insights. Design marketing creatives using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Plan, create, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotional emails, drip campaigns). Build and maintain email lists, optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Collaborate with internal teams for content ideas and promotions. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices. Requirements Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns across social and search platforms. Proficient in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.). Strong copywriting skills for social media and email content. Ability to analyze metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding.
