Job Description

Role & responsibilities Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content (images, videos, reels, posts, and articles) for social media platforms like Facebook , LinkedIn , and other relevant platforms. Create visually appealing content that reflects the manufacturing industrys innovations, products, and services. Produce short-form videos , interviews , and testimonials to highlight the companys offerings, such as product features, customer success stories, and industry expertise. Create infographics, behind-the-scenes footage, and production processes to educate and engage the audience. Brand Awareness & Engagement: Increase brand visibility on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn by engaging with the target audience, including industry professionals, clients, and potential partners. Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a professional and timely manner. Manage online interactions and build meaningful relationships within the manufacturing industry community. Interviews & Collaboration: Conduct interviews with industry leaders, internal experts, and customers to create engaging video content for platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook . Collaborate with partners, stakeholders, and influencers to generate shared content that enhances credibility in the manufacturing sector. Trend Spotting & Content Strategy: Stay informed on the latest trends and news in the manufacturing industry and apply them to create relevant content. Develop and propose creative ideas for content that align with the companys marketing goals and the target audience’s interests. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms, including engagement metrics, audience growth, and content reach. Provide regular performance reports to the marketing team and suggest improvements based on analytics. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a social media influencer or content creator, particularly in professional or B2B content . Platform Expertise: Proficiency in managing social media platforms, especially Facebook , LinkedIn , and other industry-specific platforms. Content Creation & Editing Skills: Experience with content creation and video editing (using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro , Final Cut Pro , or apps like InShot ). Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the manufacturing sector , its products, trends, and challenges. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to conduct professional interviews and communicate effectively with industry leaders and customers. Creativity: Strong creative vision and ability to adapt content for a professional audience while maintaining an engaging tone. Analytical Mindset: Ability to track social media metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly. Preferred candidate profile Experience in B2B Marketing or Manufacturing : Experience creating content for manufacturing-related products or services. Industry Influence: Established presence or network within the manufacturing industry or related sectors. LinkedIn Expertise: Ability to create LinkedIn articles and posts that engage with industry professionals and decision-makers
