Job Summary: As a Social Media Executive , you will support the marketing team in developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms. This opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience in content creation, campaign planning, performance tracking, and community engagement, playing a key role in strengthening Cureveda’s digital presence. Key Responsibilities: Track and analyze performance metrics using Meta Suite, Google Analytics, etc. Optimize campaigns and content based on insights and trends. Assist in managing paid promotions and coordinating with the performance marketing team. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in beauty, wellness, and D2C content marketing. Content Creation & Management: Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos, and reels) tailored for each platform. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to produce engaging social media content. Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and reviews to maintain a strong brand presence. Engage with influencers, industry professionals, and relevant communities to enhance brand positioning. Strategize and execute Cureveda’s social media plans to drive brand visibility and engagement. Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twiter and YouTube. Create and curate platform-specific content, including reels, videos, and graphics. Coordinate product photoshoots, campaign shoots, and video content creation with internal and external teams. Collaborate with designers, photographers, and content creators to ensure high-quality visual storytelling. Handle day-to-day community management – replying to messages, comments, and building engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with a relevant specialization / MBA in Marketing is preferred. Candidates must hold a certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing. Office Timing: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Personal Attributes: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media for cosmetics or wellness or nutraceutical brands (D2C preferred) and paid campaigns. Proficient with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite. Strong understanding of major social platforms and their tools.Experience coordinating shoots, working with photographers, videographers, and creatives. Excellent communication, storytelling, and visual content skills. Comfortable managing multiple campaigns with attention to detail and deadlines.
