Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content and driving online engagement. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Management: Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, aligning with FFD's brand voice and mission. Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster a strong online community and enhance patient engagement. Campaign Development: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote FFD's programs, success stories, and health tips, aiming to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies and campaigns, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure FFD's online presence remains innovative and effective. Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and medical teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital platforms. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in social media management. Proficiency in social media platforms and tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with an eye for detail. Ability to create visually appealing content using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and trends. Creative thinker with a passion for health and wellness topics. Preferred Skills Experience with paid social media optimization.
