Job Title: Social Media Executive Experience: 1–3 years Location: Noida (On-site) Responsibilities: Build and execute a compelling social media calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube to grow brand awareness among job seekers and creators. Create high-quality content (reels, carousels, memes, threads, short videos) that appeals to: Creators looking to monetize their niche audience Job seekers and professionals navigating the new job economy Hiring partners and community owners Adapt content format, tone, and structure to best suit the platform and target audience. Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to amplify feature releases, campaigns, and testimonials. Stay on top of trends in the job market and creator space to create timely, platform-native content. Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and build an active online community. Track and analyze content performance using KPIs like engagement, reach, saves, click-throughs, and follower growth. Use insights to inform future campaigns and iterate on high-performing content formats. Take ownership of social media experiments and report results in weekly growth/marketing meetings. Requirements: Strong command of English with a creative flair for writing catchy, engaging, and on-brand social content. 1–3 years of experience in a social media or digital content role (preferably in a startup or SaaS product). Deep familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube Shorts — with understanding of what works where and why. Comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and basic analytics dashboards. Bonus: Experience working in or writing for the creator economy , HR tech , or job board space. Strong understanding of how to communicate to both B2C (creators, job seekers) and B2B (recruiters, communities) audiences. Highly proactive, organized, and excited to build a brand from 0 to 1.
