Job Description: Social Media Marketing Specialist Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Strategy: - Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). - Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create compelling content that aligns with brand goals and resonates with the target audience. 2. Content Creation and Management: - Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (including text, image, and video content) for social media posts. - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner to foster community engagement. 3. Campaign Management: - Plan and manage social media campaigns to promote products, events, or company initiatives. - Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results. 4. Social Listening and Trends: - Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices. - Conduct social listening to track discussions and sentiments related to the brand or industry. 5. Analytics and Reporting: - Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion rates) to measure the success of social media efforts. - Prepare regular reports summarizing performance insights and recommendations for improvement. Requirements: - 1 to 3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry. - Proven track record of managing social media platforms and executing successful campaigns. - Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics). - Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
