Social Media Executive – Mediachondria Digital Location: Mumbai (Ghatkopar) Salary Range: INR 25,000 - 30,000 per monthAt Mediachondria Digital, we don’t do content for content’s sake—we create social-first brand ecosystems that are designed to grow. We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who understands what makes content click, can think both creatively and analytically, and knows how to manage accounts that actually convert audiences into loyal communities. What You’ll Be Doing:Managing day-to-day social media operations across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook (other platforms as per client scope).Owning content calendars, scheduling, posting, and ensuring timely delivery across platforms.Working with designers and copywriters to bring content plans to life—carousels, reels, statics, and stories.Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure brand tone, voice, and goals are consistently reflected.Monitoring performance across posts and stories, tracking metrics like reach, saves, shares, follower growth, and engagement rate.Using insights to make content smarter—recommending tweaks, spotting what’s working, and constantly iterating.Assisting with influencer coordination, community engagement, and light ORM where needed.Keeping up with trends, formats, and algorithm changes to make sure your content isn’t just pretty—it performs. What We’re Looking For:1+ years of agency experience managing brand accounts end-to-end.Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn as platforms, including features like reels, stickers, polls, and trending formats.Excellent organizational and communication skills—you’ll be managing calendars and client approvals regularly.A sharp eye for detail, design sensibility, and a feel for what works visually and tonally on social.Comfortable using tools like Meta Business Suite, Later/Buffer, Canva, and basic Excel for reporting.Bonus if you understand the basics of performance marketing, influencer outreach, or content strategy.
