About The Role We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to help execute our social media strategy, create killer content, and engage our growing community Reporting to the Brand Manager, you'll be hands-on in bringing the Fitty brand to life online, primarily on Instagram This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-paced startup environment during an exciting 0-1 brand journey. Specifically, This Role Will Involve Create engaging, on-brand social media content (visuals, copy, Reels, Stories) tailored for Fitty's Gen Z audience. Brainstorm fresh and creative ideas for social media campaigns, contests, and daily content. Monitor social channels, respond to comments and DMs promptly, drive conversations, and provide excellent customer support. Assist the Brand Manager in coordinating activities with social media influencers. Help maintain and execute the social media content calendar. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform features, and relevant cultural moments. Assist in tracking key social media metrics and compiling reports. Ideal Candidate Will Have Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an authentic voice suitable for Gen Z. Strong understanding of Instagram and other relevant social media platforms. Creative mind-set with a keen eye for visual aesthetic Basic understanding of social media analytics Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canvas, basic video editing) is a plus. Passionate about social media, wellness, fitness, and current trends. Paturally creative, proactive, and brimming with ideas. Empathetic and skilled in customer interaction. Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute in a dynamic start-up setting Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field). 1-2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management or content creation (professional or significant personal/internship experience) A portfolio showcasing content creation skills (especially for Instagram) is highly desirable.
