Job Title: Social Media Executive Company: Talrop Experience: 2+ years Location: Across Kerala Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Executive responsible for managing and growing Talrops brand presence across various social media platforms. In this role, you will develop and execute engaging content strategies, interact with the audience, and optimize social media performance to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions . The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and community management . Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging channels. Content Creation & Management: Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (images, videos, reels, carousels, stories, etc.) tailored for each platform. Content Scheduling: Plan and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posts aligned with marketing objectives. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and conversions) using analytics tools and provide insights for optimization. Community Engagement: Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and discussions to build a strong online community. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on trending topics, hashtags, and industry trends to create viral and engaging content. Paid Social Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement. Performance Tracking: Track, evaluate, and report social media performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation. Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Tools & Analytics: Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite). Copywriting Skills: Ability to craft engaging captions, posts, and social media copy. Paid Campaigns: Experience in running and optimizing paid social media campaigns. Community Management: Strong communication and engagement skills for audience interaction. Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to adapt to trends and audience preferences. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in SaaS, E-commerce, or EdTech social media marketing. Knowledge of influencer marketing and brand collaborations . Understanding of SEO for social media and content marketing . Basic knowledge of email marketing and digital advertising .
