JD: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, etc.). Create engaging text, image, and video content tailored to each platform. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure a cohesive social media identity. Schedule and publish posts consistently using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite. Monitor performance and prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports. Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, trends, and technologies. Assist in running paid ad campaigns across platforms, when required. Track competitor activity and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement. Responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner Analysing social media performance using tools like Google Analytics Staying updated on social media trends and best practices Skills: · Social media strategy · Content planning · Performance analytics .
