Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager in Pune. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, monitoring social media channels, and optimizing content for platforms. Additional responsibilities include analyzing social media performance, collaborating with the creative team, and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in social media marketing. Requirements Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Strong Communication skills and ability to write engaging content Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies Proficiency in writing for social media platforms Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong team player Ability to work collaboratively and in a fast-paced environment Experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Qualifications Strong Knowledge of meta platforms Basic Editing skills on Canva and AI platforms Minimum 2 years of experience in social media Management Research and development skills for ongoing trends on social media Knowledge of Google, Yahoo, and Bing will be beneficial.
