Monitor social media performance and analyze key metrics to optimize content. Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms. Collaborate with the graphic design and video editing teams to create cohesive content. Keep up with the latest social media trends and platform updates. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate or a related industry. Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
