Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Create, curate, and publish engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the community to build relationships. Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess performance, track progress, and recommend improvements. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize content and strategy. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effective campaign execution. Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management. Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools; experience in creating eye-catching visuals is a plus. Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads is advantageous. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
