Social Media Content Creator Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality content that drives brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversions across all social media platforms. This role involves a mix of creativity, strategy, and analytical skills to bring our brand's vision to life and connect with our audience. Location : Noida Key Responsibilities 1. Content Creation: o Develop, plan, and execute visually appealing and on-brand social media content (photos, videos, graphics, reels, stories, and posts). o Write compelling captions, scripts, and copy tailored to different platforms and target audiences. o Ensure content aligns with brand voice, aesthetics, and marketing goals. 2. Social Media Management: o Manage the day-to-day operations of social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Twitter/X. o Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools. 3. Strategy Development: o Collaborate with the marketing team to create content strategies that align with campaigns, launches, and seasonal objectives. o Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and audience behaviour to optimize content performance. 4. Engagement and Community Building: o Actively interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. o Foster a sense of community by initiating conversations and engaging with user generated content. 5. Analytics and Reporting: o Monitor and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, click through rates, etc.) to assess performance. o Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve content strategies and meet KPIs.
