Social Media Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand voice, marketing goals, and business objectives. Create and publish engaging, platform-optimized content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) to drive audience growth and brand engagement. Manage the content calendar, schedule posts, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all social platforms. Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creatives to develop high-quality multimedia content supporting campaigns. Oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts, including content publishing, audience interaction, and community building. Plan and execute organic campaigns to increase brand awareness, audience reach, and engagement metrics. Monitor platform trends, competitor activities, emerging technologies, and relevant hashtags to enhance visibility and relevance. Track key social media KPIs (engagement, reach, follower growth, post performance) and generate reports to identify optimization opportunities. Develop platform-specific and campaign-specific strategies in collaboration with internal teams and refine them based on performance data and market insights. Preferred Qualifications: 3–6 years of professional experience in social media management and content creation. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus. Creative, proactive, and able to adapt quickly to changing trends. Organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Ideal Candidate: Passionate about sports, sports culture, and fan engagement. A strong storyteller who understands the nuances of each platform. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
