Location - Bandra Role & Responsibilities As a Social Media Manager , you will lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance analysis of our digital presence across key platforms. Your expertise will shape the brands identity, voice, and community engagement. Social Media Strategy & Execution Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals. Manage content calendars, ensuring timely posting across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn . Drive audience engagement, brand storytelling, and social-first campaign development . Content Creation & Visual Identity Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and photographers to create stunning visuals, reels, and motion content . Craft compelling, on-brand captions and messaging that resonate with the premium liquor audience. Experiment with new content formats (Reels, Stories, GIFs, UGC, Influencer Collaborations) . Influencer & Community Engagement Build and nurture relationships with key influencers, mixologists, bartenders, and industry experts . Foster an active online community by responding to comments, DMs, and engaging with followers. Identify brand collaboration opportunities to amplify reach and engagement. Performance & Analytics Track and analyze engagement metrics, follower growth, and content performance . Utilize tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social listening platforms . Optimize strategy based on data-driven insights and emerging trends . Trendspotting & Innovation Stay ahead of social media trends, viral content, and emerging platforms . Integrate AI-driven content strategies and automation tools to enhance efficiency. Experiment with interactive campaigns, AR filters, and social commerce . Qualifications & Experience 4+ years in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy. Proven experience in luxury, alcohol, lifestyle, or FMCG brands is a plus . Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms . Creative mindset with expertise in copywriting, storytelling, and visual aesthetics . Hands-on experience with content scheduling, community engagement, and influencer partnerships .
