Social Media Manager (Multi-Brand | Growth-Focused)

Job Description

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can handle 4–5 brand profiles and consistently drive growth in followers, engagement, and brand visibility. You should have at least 1 year of experience growing brand accounts organically, and strong content strategy and execution skills. If you're creative, data-driven, and love building communities online — this is for you. Key Responsibilities Manage daily content posting on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for multiple brands Develop & maintain monthly content calendars Write engaging captions and schedule posts Track and report growth, engagement & performance weekly/monthly Coordinate with designers or use tools like Canva if needed (optional) Identify and apply social media trends, hashtags, and content formats Community engagement (DMs, comments, replies, stories, polls, etc.) Requirements 1+ year of hands-on experience managing social media accounts (brand or agency) Understanding of current Instagram/Facebook algorithms & trends Strong copywriting and communication skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain brand voice Basic familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite or Creator Studio Canva or creative tools knowledge is a plus but not mandatory Bonus (Not Required): Experience with influencer collaborations or paid ad support Exposure to Shopify, D2C, or product-based businesses Portfolio of past accounts handled or results achieved Perks & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Flexible work hours (Remote considered for skilled candidates) Creative freedom & ownership Performance-based bonuses Opportunity to work on diverse, fast-growing brands Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Govindpura, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Required) Work Location: In person
