Job Title: Social Media Manager Experience: 1+ Year Location: Vadodara Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Media Manager with at least one year of experience, specializing in LinkedIn and other social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, creating engaging content, and managing online interactions to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies focused on LinkedIn, along with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms. Create and curate high-quality content, including posts, articles, and graphics, tailored for LinkedIn’s professional audience. Manage LinkedIn company pages and personal branding for leadership teams (if required). Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow professional networks. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach. Stay updated on LinkedIn trends, industry best practices, and algorithm changes. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and impactful content. Plan and execute LinkedIn advertising campaigns to maximize reach and lead generation. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, with a focus on LinkedIn. Strong content creation skills, especially for LinkedIn posts, articles, and company updates. Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics, hashtags, and engagement strategies. Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
