Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Biodermas marketing goals. Identify target audiences, platform preferences, and content trends to maximize reach. 2. Content Creation & Campaign Ideation: Ideate, plan, and launch innovative digital campaigns (e.g., product launches, seasonal promotions). Create content calendars and produce multimedia content (videos, graphics, reels) tailored for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and influencers to maintain brand consistency. 3. Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with followers, responding to comments and messages. Build relationships with skincare enthusiasts, dermatologists, and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders). 4. Analytics & Optimization: Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics and Sprout Social. Report insights to refine strategies and improve ROI. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and PR teams to align campaigns with offline efforts. Support e-commerce by driving traffic to online platforms. 6. Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities. Leverage cultural moments (e.g., festivals, skincare awareness days) for campaigns. Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Experience: 4–6 years in social media management, preferably in beauty, healthcare, or FMCG.
